Many people drink a cup of coffee to stimulate themselves every day. But do you know that taking a moderate of caffeine probably won’t cause you any harm; however, taking too much may have negative effects on your health. Heavy caffeine use is more than 500 to 600 mg a day (four to seven cups of coffee). Here are some of the effects of too much caffeine. First of all, you will feel nervous, confused and anxious and even have headaches. What’s worse, you may suffer from insomnia, finding yourself difficult to fall asleep. In addition, too much caffeine will not only bring about an increased urination, but cause you to feel nausea and suffer from diarrhea. Last but not the least; heavy caffeine use will result in muscle twitching, difficulty breathing, and fast or irregular heartbeat. What's more, it is even possible to let you die. To sum up, it is good to drink a moderate of caffeine, but it may take your life if you take too much caffeine.
